Calendar of Your Life is a small, independent site with one idea: show a whole human life on a single page, one box per week, so that time becomes something you can see. You can fill in your own calendar, color the chapters of your life, and print it as a poster, all without an account and without sending your birth date anywhere.
What we care about
- Calm design. A life calendar should feel like a good paper notebook, not a countdown clock.
- Privacy. Calculations run in your browser. Your birth date and chapters are saved only on your own device.
- Honest numbers. Where we use averages, they come from official sources and we say which ones.
- Printing well. Every calendar is drawn as vector graphics and lays out as a single clean page.
Where the numbers come from
Average remaining life by age and sex comes from the Social Security Administration's 2023 period life table, used in the 2026 Trustees Report (SSA Office of the Chief Actuary). We compute remaining life expectancy from the table's published death probabilities, and our figures match the SSA's published values. Historical life expectancy at birth by year comes from the CDC's National Center for Health Statistics.
These are population averages. They are not predictions for any individual, and nothing on this site is medical, financial, or legal advice. See the disclaimer.
Our sister site
For a deeper look at the statistics, including years, weeks, and days remaining by age and sex with the method explained, visit Statistical Life Left. This site handles the visual and printable side; that one handles the numbers.
How the site is funded
The site is free and supported by advertising through Google AdSense. Ads never change the calculations, and we do not sell personal data; we never receive your birth date in the first place. Questions or ideas are welcome at our contact page.
